Melody terrariums & plant design & landscaping
Melody Terrariums is a small local business established by a landscape architect. This business is the first step of my dreams I had started thinking from my university times. Every achievement on this planet starts with a dream and I am going after my dreams by combining them with the experience I gained in floristry sector.
I believe the colour of nature supports the human soul. As a plant lover and a nature lover, I aim to create handmade unique designs with real plants to see people smiling when they first meet them.
But why succulents and cactus?
When people learn that I am a landscape architect, the first thing they say is " I love plants very much but I have problems looking after them. They all die, soon or later. How can I solve this? "
I always tell them to look after succulents and cactus mainly for two reasons. First one is they are really easy to nurture and secondly they are great as an indoor plant aesthetically.
This opinion constitutes the basis of my all products, creating a self sufficient, easy to nurture and great looking plant designs. Terrariums with succulents and cactus in fancy pots, like teacups, books, glass globes, handmade concrete pots.
My main object is having a design with a story. This story could be using a recycled book as a plant pot and decorating it with fairy ornaments. Or it could be inside of a glass bubble with several different themes. I also inspired from the afternoon tea tradition in here and designed the teacup gardens.
