We always work hard to make your terrariums the best. We want you to be completely happy with your experience with Melody Terrariums. Please contact with us if there is any problem with your order and we'll give our maximum to solve it.

Ready made terrariums are settled at least 3 weeks ago into containers to check their adaptation to a new environment. So, we sell them after we are sure that they are well adapted and healthy. Please check terrarium care guide in our website to get nurturing tips for them.

We are packaging our products with an extra care using lots of protection, but still there can be problems. Your delivery just arrive, you open the delivery pack and see that something is broken in there or your plant get harm. No worries. Just send us an email with the photos of the broken product and we'll send you a new one on the next working day. As our ready made terrariums are mostly unique, the new terrarium may not be the same with your previous one. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

As our products contain real plants, parcels must be opened within 24 hours after receiving it. Please check if there is any damage eligible for a replacement. If you or your gift recipient keep the live plants in the box for more than 24 hours, Melody Terrariums & Plant Design & Landscaping is not responsible from the plant damage. Succulents and cactus need light and air.

If you experience any problem with your succulent or cacti after you get your order, we will be happy to replant your terrarium or send you a new healthy plant for your kit freely in 21 days of period after delivery. We will also cover the cost of delivery if it is necessary.

After 21 days of period passes, unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to the nature of our living ecosystems. But still if you have any problem with your plants, please contact with us, we will replant it with a small replanting fee or send you a new healthy plant for your kit and we will ask for you to cover delivery cost.
