RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Melody Terrariums, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality terrariums, ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


Our Commitment to Healthy, Well-Adapted Terrariums


All ready-made terrariums are carefully nurtured for at least three weeks before being made available for sale. This ensures the plants are fully acclimated to their new environment and healthy. To support your plant’s continued growth, we provide a care guide on our website with expert tips for nurturing your terrarium.


Packaging & Shipping


We take extra care when packaging our terrariums, using protective materials to minimize any risk of damage during delivery. However, should your terrarium arrive damaged or if your plant is harmed during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you on the next working day. Since many of our terrariums are one-of-a-kind, the replacement may not be identical to the original, but rest assured we will ensure it meets our quality standards.


Unpacking Your Terrarium


As our products contain real plants, it’s essential to open your parcel within 24 hours of receiving it. Plants such as succulents and cacti need immediate access to light and air. Failure to unpack the terrarium within this time frame may result in plant damage, for which Melody Terrariums & Plant Design will not be held responsible.


Plant Care & Replacement Policy


If you experience any issues with your succulent or cactus within 21 days of delivery, we’ll be happy to either replant your terrarium or send you a healthy replacement plant at no additional cost. We will also cover the cost of shipping for the replacement plant.


Post-21-Day Policy


After 21 days, due to the nature of our living ecosystems, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you notice any problems with your plants, please reach out. We will be happy to offer a replanting service for a small fee or send a replacement plant for your kit at your cost for shipping.
